For the Cantonal Hospital Baselland (KSBL), we had the opportunity to successfully plan, support, and implement a wide range of key digitalization projects. These included:

For Atupri Health Insurance, we carried out the following:
- A comprehensive evaluation of the new document management system (DMS) and supported the subsequent implementation as well as the complete data migration. Existing DMS repositories were carefully analyzed, structured, and successfully transferred to the new system. As a result of modernizing document processes, Atupri achieved higher data quality, optimized workflows, and audit-compliant document management.
- Careful analysis, structuring, and migration of legacy DRG data into the new Sumex structures.
For Klinik Hirslanden, we delivered the following:
Led and delivered interface projects for the Meierhofer clinical information system (M-KIS), enabling the digital integration of medical and administrative processes. Our work included the design, implementation, and optimization of multiple system interfaces to ensure secure and efficient data exchange across the clinical environment. Through precise integration, Hirslanden was able to significantly improve both process quality and information availability.
